Attila F. Balázs è un poeta che vive in Slovacchia e scrive in lingua ungherese: partendo da questa mescolanza di culture appartenenti all’est europeo si può comprendere la varietà di toni e di stili della sua poesia. I luoghi descritti trasmettono al lettore un senso di straniamento, una percezione del tempo che segue un ordine proprio all’interiorità del poeta: “torno a me stesso/il tempo merita interesse/oltre la catarsi/e l’estasi”. Questo probabilmente spiega anche il fatto che alcune poesie, sono la stessa versione modificata solo in alcuni versi, come se il poeta avesse sentito il bisogno di fissare nella parola l’inarrestabile mutare delle cose, dei sentimenti, di noi stessi. Sostegno del Governo alle scuole paritarie. MOIGE: “Passo importante per tutelare la libertà di scelta e contrastare la disparità economica”
Il Governo ha inserito nella Legge di Stabilità un contributo di 70 milioni di euro in favore delle scuole paritarie, che era rimasto in sospeso con il Governo Draghi, più ulteriori 24 milioni per il trasporto degli studenti disabili.
“Questa manovra è un passo importante per l’istruzione in Italia, perché punta a rendere le scuole più inclusive, agevolando gli spostamenti degli studenti con disabilità, e a tutelare la libertà dei genitori di scegliere il migliore istituto per i propri figli. – Commenta Antonio Affinita, Direttore Generale del MOIGE, Movimento Italiano Genitori – Del resto, la legge 62/2000, la cosiddetta legge Berlinguer, stabilisce che le scuole paritarie riconosciute svolgono un servizio pubblico, e come tali devono poter essere accessibili a chi lo desidera. Fino ad oggi, però, questo diritto è stato negato alle famiglie più povere. Il maggior sostegno alle scuole paritarie rappresenta, quindi, la tutela del diritto dei genitori a poter scegliere la scuola che preferiscono per il figlio. La scuola pubblica non può essere un’opzione forzata per tutte quelle famiglie a basso reddito, ma deve essere una scelta ponderata e consapevole, così come la paritaria.”
“Tale provvedimento cerca di mettere fine ad una disparità inaccettabile. Inoltre, grazie a questi nuovi finanziamenti economici, vedremo maggiormente tutelato il diritto allo studio degli studenti affetti da disabilità, che, ricordiamolo, sono più di 15mila. Oggi, infatti, questi allievi devono sostenere spese importanti, che includono la retta, le tasse e, in più, il docente di sostegno. Il finanziamento alle paritarie, così osteggiato da alcuni, altri non è che un modo per garantire la libertà di scelta a tutti gli studenti, anche a quelli di famiglie che vivono in povertà o con un reddito medio basso” conclude Affinita.

Mi lamento della mia immaginazione di Michail Kuz’min (I Quaderni del Bardo Edizioni di Stefano Donno)
Michail Savel’evič Kuz’min è nato nel 1949 a Leningrado/Pietroburgo, dove vive tuttora. Ha studiato psicologia nell’ateneo della sua città. È poeta, critico letterario, giornalista. Negli anni Settanta e Ottanta del Novecento è stato tra i fondatori della scuola leningradese dei caricaturisti con V. Bogorad, L.Pesok V.Billevic e B Petrušanskij. È stato tradotto nelle principali lingue europee. Suoi testi sono apparsi in traduzione italiana nelle riviste “L’immaginazione”, “Hebenon”, “Fermenti”, “Poesia”. Michail Kuz’min1 dichiara: “La parola ‘comporre’ è troppo volitiva, costruttiva... Preferisco la parola ‘giungere’. Cosicché non occorre inventare nulla. I pensieri giungono e se ne vanno... Alcuni si riescono a catturare e a mettere in un acquario, in una piscina... Sono pesciolini-aforismi, esistono da più di mille anni. È molto difficile allevare una nuova razza di pensieri. Penso che sia anche impossibile. Semplicemente catturo i pensieri che mi sono piaciuti, poi tento di vivere con essi...” Come ha scritto Fabrizio Caramagna, gli aforismi di Kuz’min sono tra i più importanti nell’ambito contemporaneo mondiale. L’opera di Kuz’min offre la possibilità di percepire il vasto spettro espressivo degli aforismi. Spicca l’effetto shock: fa deragliare, crollano gli schemi. Gli aforismi possono essere lievi, sentimentali, ma è sempre presente l’ironia, talora ben celata. Sono come fermenti: eccitano il pensiero, inducono processi creativi. (Paolo Galvagni)
